We wanted to make working out for people with limited mobility as easy as possible. That’s why we made this programme. All you need is a stable chair and around 20 to 30 minutes per session, 3 times a week.

- The goal of this programme is to help people with limited mobility build overall strength and flexibility
- It's designed to improve strength, flexibility, and muscle mass efficiently
- 6 follow along workout videos with instructions
- A full 4-week workout plan
- This is a 4-week programme, with 3 workouts per week. The programme gets harder as you go along. By the end of the 4th week, you'll be in the best shape you've been in a while

This programme is anyone who wants to develop full body strength and flexibility at home. You can do it at home or at a park. It doesn’t take more than 30 minutes, 3 times per week.
